Shopian, 03 April (KNS) : Bore riffle snatching attempt foiled, while one accused arrested who tried to decamp with the 12 rifle of guard of Jammu and Kashmir bank at Imamsahib area of South Kashmir's shopian.

Sources told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that on Saturday afternoon unidentified youths tried to snatch 12 Bore rifle of guard of J&K Bank situated at Imam Sahib.

Added that by the timely action of security guard, he alerted another members of the bank and thwarted the snatching bid. 

Official sources said that one youth has been arrested in this connection.(KNS)
