BJP leader Ashok Koul asks Govt to investigate Lawaypora encounter

Srinagar, Jan 3 (KNS): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) General Secretary (Organisation) Ashok Koul Sunday asked the government to investigate the Lawaypora encounter and to check out whether any wrong has been committed.

According to KNS correspondent, Koul said this while talking to reporters at party headquarters here.

“Investigation will see if there is any wrong, that will come to fore. If there isn’t’ then it’s fine. Police have already sais that it was investigating the case. Let’s see what comes out.”

The BJP leader also said 5000 people in Kashmir would be trained regarding the governance-related issues like the rest of India.

“5000 workers will be trained in the first phase after which people would be trained at the district level. We have already trained eight trainers to train the newly elected people at the district, block and panchayat level about the governance related issues. These eight trainers will train 100 workers about governance related issues.” (KNS).
