Bandipora November, 23: District President Mahila Morcha BJP Bandipora and DDC Candidate Bonakote Block, Naheed Qamer Tilat Monday visited several villages of her bankoot constituency to take stock of the problems faced by people living there and addressed a series of public meetings.

People from various sections of society met Naheed apprised her about the problems being faced by them like drinking water, electricity, health care, road connectivity and other basic infrastructure in the area.

Addressing workers meetings at Bankoot village, Naheeda said, she is keen to reach out to people in every area, address their grievances and accommodate the demands in phased manner to ensure holistic and integrated development of every area of her constituency.

She also said many pro-poor schemes have not reached as yet and there is very little development in this remote villages of bankoot block.

Naheed said in Bankoot block there are some candidates who call themselves independents but these people are in touch with the other regional parties that have so far ruined Kashmir. "My only request to the people is not to be misled by anyone because these people here have always made false promises with the people Bandipora," she added.(KNS)
