Awantipora August 10:(KNS) Acting tough against the violators of Govt prohibitory orders, Police have Seized/challaned 13 vehicles and fined 10 violators for defying govt orders in Awantipora.

10 violators were fined for not wearing masks in different areas of Awantipora and fine to the tune of ?5,000 was collected from them.

Police have also Seized/challaned 13 vehicles across the Police District for violating prohibitory orders issued by the administration.

Police have once again requested the general public to follow the directions issued by Government in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Also, those who are found violating the restrictions will be dealt strictly.(KNS)
