Asif Memorial Healthcare Observed National Doctor’s Day in Handwara

Handwara, July 01 (KNS): Asif Memorial Healthcare Handwara in collaboration with local media association on Wednesday observed National Doctor’s Day during which glorious tributes were paid to healthcare experts who carried out tremendous duties amid Covid-19 pandemic across J&K.
 
According to Kashmir News Service (KNS), Asif Memorial Healthcare in collaboration with Media Association Handwara paid shining tributes to doctors and other paramedical staff on eve of Doctors Day.
 
Dr Qousar Bakhshi, head of AMH while speaking at the occasion said, “In wake of Covid-19 pandemic across J&K, doctors and other paramedics fulfill their duties tremendously and left no stone unturned to challenge Covid-19 ghost”.
 
He added we should always pay respect to our doctors and their associated staff who remained stationed at hospitals and other quarantine centre since pandemic hit J&K.
 
“Doctors, paramedics and other associated staff abandoned their dear ones at a time when everyone was concerned of their families. 
 
They gave tough fight to this pandemic while carrying out their duties day and night. The nation has a proud on such warriors and we should always respect their dignity and honor”, Dr Qousar said.
 
At the occasion many media personnel including  Senior journalist  and President  media Association Handwara Javid Ahmad Zargar, Shamim Abdullah, Aijaz Manzar, Mudasir Rashid, Shahmim Bhat and media persons also expressed their views and paid tributes to the work of doctors and paramedics.
Pertinently National Doctor's Day is celebrated on the 1st of July across the country every year. 
 
At this occasion doctors are being remembered and honored for their relentless services and contribution in healthcare sector. (KNS)
