Srinagar, Sep 07 (KNS): The J&K Awami National Conference (ANC) today filed an FIR against BJP State President Ravinder Raina ,BJP National Vice President Avinash Rai Khanna ,National General Secretaries Dr.Anil Jain, Murli Dhar Rao and MOS in PMO Dr.Jatinder Singh for accusing and charging the participants of the “Gupkar Declaration” as Anti Nationals, Pro Pakistani and Pro secessions in their working committee meet held at Jammu on 24th August 2020.
According to statement issued to KNS reads By making these life threatening and inflammatory speeches & allegations public through social media and Press has caused great concern and threat to the life and Security of the Participants of the “Gupkar Deceleration” with the intent to create communal hatred ,communal dis -harmony, between different sections of Society in J&K and outside the Country .This act on part of the accused has the potential to seriously harm people of J&K by causing an atmosphere of terror and intimidation as to seriously harm people of J&K especially from the Kashmir division working and imparting education in institutions, business establishments, trade and commerce etc at the hands of the activists of various notorious outfits of the BJP and RSS throughout the Country .
In the FIR, The ANC has Sought initiation of criminal proceedings against the accused persons for this serious criminal onslaught on the participants of the “Gupkar Declaration” in particular and the people of J&K in General so as to bring the out- lawed group of the BJP to Justice and punished under law.
