Srinagar, Aug 29 (KNS): Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader Mohammad Yaseen Bhat on Saturday appealed authorities to allow the mourners for the 10th day of moharram on Sunday.

In a statement issued to KNS Bhat has appealed the authorities to allow the mourners for the 10th Moharram possession and said authorities should not use force against the mourners (KNS)
