Women Constable Sayida Akther adjudged third topper at National Level

 

Jammu, November 26: (KNS) A women constable of Jammu and Kashmir Police has bagged the third position in a webinar organized by NHRC, New Delhi in which representatives of all state police of India participated.

The webinar titled “All India Police Forces Debate Competition on Human Rights” was aimed to educate the people in general and law enforcement agencies in particular about the different aspects of Human rights.

Inspector Raj Kumar and Women Constable Sayida Akhter of Jammu and Kashmir Police were nominated for the competition. Women Constable Sayida Akther spoke on the topic “Police as protectors of law have both a professional duty and a moral obligation to uphold the human rights of individuals”. She has bagged the third position in the said webinar. Sayida has been awarded with cash prize, trophy, and certificate. (KNS)
