Kupwara, Oct 07 (KNS): Army Goodwill School, Chandigam conducted Inter School Declamation competition on the resolution “Panchayat Elections”. 150 student’s from14 schools participated in the event from the entire Kupwara district comprising of the Govt as well as Private schools.
The event started with opening address by the Vice Principal AGS, Chandigam followed by the students giving their speeches on the topic. The jury panel comprised of teachers from all the participating schools and it was a close competition.
Such events increase the bonhomie between the students of various schools and also bring the competitive spirit to perform better for their schools. While conduct of the event, the good practices practiced in the respective schools were shared amongst the teachers.
The winners were given cash prizes, trophy and a certificate and all participants were given certificates of participation and consolation prizes. The event was a huge success and was highly appreciated by the participating students and the teachers.(KNS)
