Srinagar, Nov 10 (KNS): The family Jammu & Kashmir Anjuman-E-Sharie Shian President Aga Syed Hassan Mosavi AL-Safavi on Tuesday said that despite the high Court order he is not being allowed to out of district.

According to statement issued to KNS, the family said he has been kept under illegal detention and is not be allowed for his religious obligations including Friday Sermons.

Unity Muslim Ummah, said he has been kept under detention for calling muslims United recent milad Congregation and openly condemning french president's open stand in hurting muslims.

They said he is not being allowed to go and attend the religious ceremonies (KNS)
