Kupwara, June 04 (KNS): The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Kupwara, Nazir Ahmad Lone who also holds Additional Charge of District Programme Officer(DPO) ICDS, Kupwara today convened a meeting to review the progress made under ICDS Schemes.
The meeting was attended by Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), Kupwara, Riyaz Ahmad Wani, CDPO Trehgam, Fayaz Ahmad Tantray besides Supervisors of ICDS Project Kupwara/Trehgam.
The ADC(District Programme Officer) directed all CDPOs and Supervisors to monitor overall functioning of AnganwadiCentres (AWC) under their control. He stressed upon the Supervisors to possess data of each AWC regarding its population and beneficiaries list.
Regarding the Nutrition, the ADC directed the concerned to ensure best quality of nutrition procurement through Procurement Committees (KNS)
