An order issued from the General Administration Department (GAD) reads “in the interest of administration, Mr. Shabir Hussain Bhat, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, with immediate effect” (KNS)
