With improvement in weather most link roads in Kashmir valley yet be cleared

 Srinagar, Jan 17 (KNS):  Despite the improvement in weather, the link roads in most parts of the Kashmir valley have not been cleared by the authorities yet.

The residents of various districts told Kashmir News Service (KNS) over phone that most of the link roads in their areas have not been cleared by the authorities and the result the residents face hardships.
The residents of South Kashmir Pulwama district said that their villages are still disconnect with their headquarters the villages including Sangerwani, Sonubanger, and Killer, Bihama, Hajin, Tral and adjoining villages said they are facing immense hardships.
Similar reports were received from Beerwah Budgam where residents complained that the link roads in the area have not been cleared yet by the authorities .
KNS correspondent informed that important roads including Beerwah- Punzoo, Beerwah -Zabhul and other important roads in the area has not been cleared. Residents of Handwara and Villgam also complained that the link roads in these areas are still closed due to which they are facing trouble.
The residents of  Haril,Drungsoo, Khuri, Kukroosa, Kalipora, Golipora, surajpora and other villagers said the authorities have completely failed to clear the link roads in the area,
They said only main link roads in these areas has been cleared by the authorities
“How could we reach to hospitals when the link roads in these villages area are closed with heavy snow.”
It is important to mention that the elderly man allegedly die in Langate area on Thursday as the link road in the area was not cleared (KNS).
