Kashmir biz community suffered a lot

Srinagar, Nov 09 (KNS): Progress Harmony and Development (PHD) Chamber of Commerce and Industry team headed by its president Anil Kaitan and secretary general Subhash Saniyal visited Kashmir to boost the IT sector and women empowerment. The seminar was held here at Redison Hotel M. A Road Srinagar.
DC Srinagar Abid Rashid, daily newspaper Greater Kashmir Chief Editor Fayaz Kaloo, noted journalist and Rising Kashmir Chief Editor Shujaat Bukhari, Editor-in-Chief of Kashmir News Service (KNS), Muhammad Aslam Bhat, Nazir Masoodi of NDTV and others from hotel and trade bodies including Yasin Khan, Mushtaq Ahmed Chaya and Zahoor Ahmed Tramboo were present.
They said in Kashmir the business community suffered a lot from the past many years due to uncertainty. “Our main aim is how to help the business community to evolve and develop the IT and education sector more progressive,” they said.
Established in 1905, PHD is a proactive and dynamic multi-State apex organisation working at the grass-root level and with strong national and international linkages. (KNS)
