Srinagar, Sep 03 (KNS): CPI (M) senior leader and MLA Kulgam, Muhammad Yousuf Tarigami on Monday condemned the killing of a youth, Fayaz Ahmad Wani in Gasoo village of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Tarigami also condemned the attack on a local political worker at Naira village of Pulwama district.
Terming both the incidents as ‘unfortunate and painful’, the CPI (M) leader said that “violence in any form and its manifestation is condemnable.”
He further urged upon the forces to exercise maximum restraint while dealing with the protestors, as the restraint by them will help contribute to peace and tranquility.
Tarigami further said that no words can lessen the grief of the bereaved family of a youth killed in Pulwama today.
Expressing sympathy with the bereaved family, Tarigami conveyed his condolences to them. (KNS)
