Srinagar, Aug 31 (KNS): The unified resistance camp has issued a new protest calendar on Wednesday evening.
“Protest program for Right to Self-Determination”, the protest calendar was issued by Hurriyat Conference led by Sued Ali Geelani on behalf of the united Hurriyat Conference leadership.
The protest calendar extends up to September 08 from September 02, 2016.
2nd September (Friday, No Relaxation)
Tehsil level Azadi March
Join for Azadi march from every Mohalla, village and locality towards respective Tehsil Headquarters;
Offer Friday prayers at Tehsil Headquarters.
3rd September (Saturday, relaxation from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am)
Occupy Airport Road, Lal Chowk & District Headquarters
Occupy Srinagar Airport road, Lal Chowk and District Headquarters from 9:00 am to 6 pm; protest with flags, banners and placards with messages “We Want Freedom” and “Go India Go Back”; offer Zuhr and Asr on roads; play Islamic andAzadi Taranas in Masjids throughout the day, especially along Srinagar Airport road.
4th September (Sunday, relaxation from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am)

Women’s Protest
Assemble and occupy local Chowks and centers from Zuhr to Asr in the vicinity of your Mohallas, villages and localities; protest peacefully.
7th September (Wednesday, relaxation from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am)
Occupy Highway and Inter-district Roads
Assemble and occupy highway from Banihal to Salambad Uri and all other inter-district roads from 11 am to 4 pm; offer Nimaz-e-Zuhr on roads.
8th September (Thursday, relaxation from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am)
Graffiti Day
Paint all roads, lanes, walls, post & polls, with resistance slogans; offer Zuhr on roads; protest from Zuhr to Asr
Directions for all the days
1. Protests be held across Jammu and Kashmir.
2. Shutdown across J&K on all days except the relaxation mentioned in the program.
3. Lockdown all the routes entering your Mohallas, villages and localities by every means during night to protect people in general and youth in particular from the raids and arrests by Indian forces and J&K police.
4. Play Islamic and Azadi Taranas from Magrib to Isha on every day.
5. Paste this protest program poster on the entrance of every Masjids, in market places, Mohallas and local Chowks. (KNS)
