Srinagar, Sep 24 (KNS): A high level delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Employees Joint Action Committee headed by General Secretary Sayeed Ghulam Rasool Geelani along with senior leaders President Abdul Ahad Bandroo Chief Organizer, Gul Muhammad Mehdi Secretary, Ali Mohd Mir and Nisar Ahmad Bhat met Advisor to Governor B B Vyas at Srinagar and discussed pending wages of all the temporary and casual labours and removal of pay anomalies of Forest, Irrigation and Flood Control and Floriculture departments.
Besides these two grave issues Geelani discussed immediate regularisation of casual labours and left out daily wagers of PHE division Handwara, Kupwara and mechanical division north Sopore. B B Vyas assured the EJAC leadership weather pending demands will be settled at an earliest. (KNS)
