Srinagar, Feb 17 (KNS): President EJAC Ab Qayoom Wani termed the death of Haji Bashir Ahmad Ganie as a great loss for the whole employee fraternity and a setback to trade union of the state.
Abdul Qayoom Wani said that Haji Bashir Ahmad Ganie not only paid sacrifices for resolving the issues of Government Employees but was a helping hand for the common people in difficult times. He was a guide, mentor and a kind person who worked whole heartedly with us in every trade union movement.
A condolence meeting under the chair of President EJAC Abdul Qayoom Wani was held at Jammu in which rich tributes were paid to the departed soul and solidarity was offered to the bereaved family. May Allah place the departed soul in heaven and give courage to bereaved family to bear this great loss.
On the directions of President EJAC Abdul Qayoom Wani, a condolence meeting under the chair of senior vice president of EJAC Fayaz Ahmad Shabnum was also held at Srinagar in which the death of Haji Bashir Ahmad Ganie was termed as a great loss for Employees of the state. Sympathy and solidarity was offered with the bereaved family. (KNS)
