Srinagar, Dec 23 (KNS): Amid complaints of premature transfers by the Assistant Director Consumer Affairs Anantnag, the Director Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Kashmir is mulling action against premature transfers and posting of four new TSOs on the positions presently lying vacant but the charge held by Assistant Store Keepers in violation of rules and norms.
Talking to Kashmir News Service (KNS) on reports about complaints of premature transfers against the Assistant Director CAPD Anantnag presently posted on the said position for the third time in recent years, the Director CAPD Kashmir Mohammad Qasim said, “four posts of Tehsil Supplies Officers (TSOs) are lying vacant in Anantnag district and orders of posting of new TSOs on four vacant positions in the district will be issued on Monday. As regards the complaints of premature transfers, I will look into the issue of premature transfers and all premature transfers will be cancelled in short time.” The director CAPD Kashmir Mohammad Qasim when told about the posting of Manzoor Ahmad as Assistant Director CAPD Anantnag for the third time in recent years said that he will look into the issue and initiate necessary action if required under rules.
