Srinagar, Jun 26 (KNS): The beneficiaries of Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM) are denied payments for the toilets they have constructed under the scheme.
A legion of complainants told KNS that beneficiaries of Swachh Bharat scheme allowed to construct toilets under the scheme are now denied payments on one pretext or the other in several areas of Kulgam district.
Though Deputy Commissioner Kulgam claims that toilets have to be constructed under Swachh Bharat scheme in the given time but on the other hand payments are denied to beneficiaries by the concerned officials on one pretext or the other. (KNS)
