Srinagar, Oct 16 (KNS): Though the Mehbooba led PDP-BJP government had fallen in June this year but the official website of Jammu and Kashmir Power Development Department (PDD) still shows former deputy chief minister Nirmal Singh as minister incharge power and Asiya Naqash MoS incharge power. The Advisor holding charge of power portfolio is nowhere mentioned on the website.
It is in place to mention here that Nirmal Singh was dropped from the council of ministers before the fall of PDP-BJP government and power portfolio was taken over by Sunil Sharma in the reshuffle of BJP part of coalition ministry days before the fall of Mehbooba led PDP-BJP government and even the port folios of then minister of state Asiya Naqash were also changed. Interestingly Nirmal Singh is presently holding the position of Speaker Assembly. (KNS)
