Expresses grief over killing of another youth

Srinagar, Jun 19 (KNS): Jammu Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP) Tuesday expressed deep grief and sorrow over the killing of another youth at the hands of Indian forces in Nowpora Akhran area of Kulgam district.
A party spokesperson while strongly reacting to the fresh killing said that opening fire on unarmed civilians has become a norm in the disputed region especially Kashmir Valley.
He said that young Ajaz Ahmad Bhat son of Bashir Ahmad Bhat of Nowpora Akhran was a talented youth who was mercilessly gunned down by the Indian forces who think and act like whole Kashmir population are their conquered people. He prayed for speedy recovery of another youth, Rayees Ahmad who was injured in Indian forces inhuman action.
The spokesperson said that after United Nations issued a report saying that human rights violations in Kashmir are at its peak, at least three civilians have been killed mercilessly.
“This indicates that New Delhi and its local agents are not ready to even listen to the international forums like UN. The arrogance of India and its local agents has reached to a level where international interference to resolve Kashmir dispute has become imperative,” the statement said. (KNS)
