Srinagar, June 23 (KNS): Missing PhD scholar Hilal Ahmad Dar of Bemina Srinagar, who went missing during a trekking expedition has joined Hizb militant ranks, says IG Police Vijay Kumar while talking with media along with DG police after wreath laying ceremony of CRPF jawan at RTC Humhama.
Hilal who had gone along with his friends in Naranag area of Central Kashmir along with his friends last week had gone missing. His family are seeking his whereabouts and had even staged a protest yesterday at Press Enclave Srinagar.
