Meeting a friend or a relation does not mean any political activity: Dilawar, Bukhari, Mir

Srinagar, Dec 20 (KNS): Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leaders Mohammad Dilawar Mir, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari and President Democratic Party (Nationalist) (DPN) Ghulam Hassan Mir have in their separate statements said that they have no idea or knowledge about the formation of a third front in Jammu and Kashmir ahead of Parliamentary and assembly elections in the state.
Talking to Kashmir News Service (KNS) senior PDP leader and former Minister Mohammad Dilawar Mir said "Neither I have any grievances with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) after nor have any idea about the formation of any third front. Meeting some friend or relation in private capacity should not be attributed to any political activity. Can't politicians meet even as relatives or friends?"
In a similar statement another senior PDP leader and former Finance Minister Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari while talking to Kashmir News Service (KNS) said" I am in Delhi. I don't have any idea or knowledge about the formation of a third front in Jammu and Kashmir."
President Democratic Party Nationalist and former minister Ghulam Hassan Mir in a conversation with Kashmir News Service (KNS) said 'I have no idea about it. These are just rumours".
The statements from Dilawar Mir, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari and Gh Hassan Mir on formation of third front have come amid reports about the formation of third front and defection of some legislators from PDP and BJP to National Conference and other parties. (KNS)
