Srinagar, Aug 19 (KNS): Owing to recent rains the Mustafabad (Kaliun) HMT area near Government Higher Secondary School Zainakote HMT is water logged. Despite having brought to the notice of the Administration, no one bothered to move and dewater the area to facilitate smooth movement of the residents of the area.
The water logging has caused great deal of inconvenience in the area to one and all including school going children, old aged in particular.
The locals told KNS that, “Governor Administration has been very promptly responding to public calls, redressing grievances & to obviate inconveniences of the people, but for the reasons best known to the administration, the residents of the locality continue to suffer on this account for last 10 days. Should we hope the Governor Administration gears up the concerned departments to obviate the people of this difficulty at the earliest?” (KNS)
