Srinagar, Sep 02 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Lecturers Forum felicitates Zahoor Ahmad Banday OSD Inspection and Monitoring wing with DSEK on reaching his superannuation.
In a statement to KNS, Spokesman Mir Fayaz said that the Forum president Dr. Manzoor hailed the incredible contributions made by Banday while working in different capacities.
Dr. Manzoor termed him as an honest, competent and dedicated officer whose inspirational services shall be remembered for times to come.
