Srinagar, Aug 29 (KNS): Enforcement Wing of LAWDA demolishes several encroachments in the area of Inside Dal and Nigeen Lake which One 2nd storey, two sheds and one platform were demolished / removed which were raised illegally by some miscreants in clear violation of High Court directions. Also FIR was lodged against the illegal construction at Nigeen.
In the meanwhile one more FIR was lodged against tripper carrying illegal construction material in the concerned police station Nishat.
The public residing within the LDA jurisdiction are hereby directed that not to go for any sort of illegal constructions. As the Enforcement wing will continue with demolition of illegal constructions. Moreover all the Tipper/Load carrier owners are directed not to carry constructional material in the prohibited area of Dal/Nigeen Lake without permission. All the unscrupulous elements creating hurdles during demolition of illegal constructions will be dealt under law. (KNS)
