Hits back HM on "Gupkar Gang" Remarks,says BJP accepted defeat before Contesting elections'

Srinagar Nov 18(KNS):Jammu and Kashmir Awami National conference vice president Muzaffar shah & javaid mustafa mir today held a joint press conference at JK ANC party office press colony srinagar.

While talking to press he said that,"Their candidate filed nomination at balhama(Khanmoh) area of Srinagar, which was passed by election Commission but unfortunately later he received a call from one of the official to report here and they tried to reject his nomination form after acceptance earlier in a day.

" They tried to forge his nomination documents and also tried to Write "not accepted" in the form and also tried to write rejected on the document.Soon after,he wrote "R", the candidate snacted the documents from him following which the official fled from the spot".they added.

When being asked about who can be behind the matter,ANC leader said that I am not aware but as I heard that it happened because of BJP Candidate which is going to contest election from the same area.

According to KNS, he also hitted back on Honourable Home Minister Amit Shah on his "Gupkar Gang" remarks by saying that,"Shah Ji had accepted defeat before contesting elections,by revocation of jammu and kashmir semi autonomous status and other rights on August 05,every citizen of Jammu and kashmir irrespective of their caste and religion will answer the people of India and Especially BJP by rejecting the candidates of BJP And will vote in favour of PAGD.

Javid Mustafa Mir who also addressed Press conference on behalf of PAGD Said that Incident happened in Khanmoh area with PAGD Candidate is a question mark for Election commission of india and any sort of tactics through out the electoral process will be answered appropriately.

ANC senior leader also said that," They met DC Srinagar which assured them that action will be taken against those found involved in khanmoh incident as forging Nomination Documents is a serious concern and against the clauses and rules of Election commission rules.

Meanwhile they appealed election Commission of India to intervene into the matter and take strict action against those who are involved and appealed candidates of PAGD as well to remain careful and vigilant.(KNS)
