Srinagar, Feb 02 (KNS): Terming the internal and border situation in the Valley as ‘explosive’, senior pro-freedom leader, Prof Abdul Gani Bhat on Fridaythe Kashmir issue became an international issue.
Bhat according to KNS correspondent said that the sacrifices rendered by the people of Kashmir unforgettable.
He said that the dialogue is the only way out to resolve the long pending Kashmir issue.
Talking to people at Jamia Masjid Pattan on Friday congregational prayers, Bhat said that the Kashmir issue is not any regional or border issue but it became an international issue now as intentionally or not but America, Russia and China like countries are also linked to this issue.
He further said that the Indian and Pakistan can’t resolve the Kashmir issue through war.
Muslim Conference Chairman also expressed grief over the Shopian killings, saying that the Indian forces can’t achieve anything by committing atrocities on people as the struggle of Kashmiris is legitimate. (KNS)
