Discusses party affairs, prevailing socio-political issues with JKPM cadres

Jammu, Jul 27 (KNS): Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Movement (JKPM) Javaid Mustafa Mir, who is also Chairman of the recently cobbled People's United Front (PUF), concluded three day long tour to Jammu on Saturday where he interacted with the party cadres of Jammu division to get first-hand information about overall party affairs. He also held a thorough review of the prevailing socio- political situation in the state.

While reviewing party affairs at a marathon three-day long meeting with the officer bearers, it was unanimously decided to establish party units at district, tehsil and block levels to strengthen the party base at grass roots level. It was also decided to hold review meetings of the party affairs on monthly basis to monitor the performance of the party in various areas of Jammu division.

JKPM Secretary Raja Mehmood Khan, State Executive and Incharge Chenab Valley Nazim Qazi suggested the Chairman to provide feedback to the field functionaries on regular basis to boost the morale of the party cadre. They urged for continuous support and guidance from the party high command.

Raja Mehmood Khan informed that JKPM is getting huge response from all sections of the society especially youth which needs to be channelized positively. They said that the people who are satisfied with the policies and programmes of the JKPM included senior citizens, bureaucrats, intellectuals, educationists and political leaders.

They said that the manifesto and ideology of JKPM has touched the hearts and souls of common masses irrespective of caste, creed, religion and region and majority of the people have evinced their trust on the leadership of JKPM Chief, Dr Shah Faesal.

Other leaders who spoke on the occasion were Tajinder Singh, Advocate Adityia Sharma, Rohit Sharma, Advocate Iqbal Butt, Advocate Bissat Khan, Ashu Pitter, Parwaiz Qadir, Surinder Jamwal, Dalbir Singh, G P Singh and others. (KNS)
