Srinagar, May 31 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir People’s Movement unit Ganderbal has demanded immediate revocation of the recent no entry order for tippers in Ganderbal town adding that it was detrimental to the interests of transporters and business men.

In a statement issued to KNS, the JKPM leader Amin Sofi while seeking immediate revocation of the no entry order for tippers in Ganderbal has said that transporters of the area are fully dependant on the river Sindh for earning their livelihood.

“River Sindh is the main source of earning livelihood for the transporters,” he said. JKPM Ganderbal unit have urged the district administration to reconsider the morning entry order as it has become the cause of concern and worry for the transporters and businessmen of the area.

Keeping in view the ground reality, the JKPM Unit shared the concern of the transporters affected by the arbitrary ban order on movement of heavy vehicles in Ganderbal town alongside Sindh River and demanded its revocation immediately. (KNS)
