Srinagar, Jun 20 (KNS): The J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President, Ghulam Ahmad Mir today visited most revered Hindu Temple Khir Bhavani at Tulmulla (Ganderbal) and paid obeisance there.
Mir as per the statement issued to KNS accompanied by senior party leaders interacted with the Kashmiri Pandit brethren and exchanged greetings.
He spent some time at the temple and enquired about the arrangements done for the visiting devotees.
On this occasion, Mir hoped that the auspicious occasion of Mela Khir Bhavani will usher in an era of peace, stability and harmony in the State.
Mir also prayed for wellbeing of the people and overall development of the State.
He was accompanied Treasurer Krishan K. Amla, Spokesperson Farooq Andrabi, General Secretary Surinder Singh Channi, Senior Leader Haji Ali Mohd Bhat, Mohd Sultan Secretary Irfan Naqib, Sahil Farooq, Sheikh Aijaz and Waseem Ahmad Shalla. (KNS)
