Srinagar, May 14 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Conference senior leader and political secretary on Thursday appealed authorities to release chairman peoples conference Sajad Gani lone and all other political leaders ahead of Eid-ul-fitar.
According to statement issued to Kashmir News Service, Mohmmad Suliaman Bhat said that Chairman peoples conference Sajad Gani Lone and sr.vice President Abdual Gani Vakeel and all other political leaders are languishing either in jails are have been kept under house detention since August 2019.
He had appealed authorities to release them on as eve of Eid-ul-fitar and appealed both central and state government to take the matter of releasing all political leaders and detained youths as a good will gesture. Political secretary also urges the administration to ensure availability of all essential commodities throughout the valley.
