Srinagar, Feb 15 (KNS): While condemning the killing of dozens of CRPF jawans in Puwlama suicide attack, District Congress Committee (DCC), Srinagar President Irfan Naqib today said that violence and killings can never be solution to any problem.
In a statement issued to KNS, he said, “My heart goes with bereaved families of brave soldiers, who laid their lives for the nation. Killings and bloodshed will take us nowhere. There is need to put an end to the violence. Violence and killings can never be solution to any problem.”
While lashing out at the Modi-Government for its failures in Kashmir, Naqib said, “The good work done by the UPA-I and UPA-II under the leadership then Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh, then Congress President Shri Sonia Gandhiji, and then AICC Vice President Rahu Gandhiji has all been wasted by the Modi Government in the last five years.
Expressing his condolences to the families of the slain CRPF soldiers, he said, the country must stand united in this moment of grief and not give any chances to those elements who want to polarise the communities for vote-bank politics. (KNS)
