Ideological patron of BJP, its coalition partner needs psychiatric consultation: JKDFP

‘People like Bhagwat only spread hatred, divide people’

‘People like Bhagwat only spread hatred, divide people’

Srinagar, Mar 17 (KNS): Reacting to the latest utterances of Hindu extremist party RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, about the disputed region, Jammu Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP) today said that people like Bhagwat only spread hatred and divide people so as to achieve their interests. It is people like Bahgwat who think negative and don’t like or acknowledge things attributed to Muslims due to their mental sickness and hence need a psychiatric consultation.
Stressing that Jammu and Kashmir is a disputed region which is being occupied by India only through its military might JKDFP said that history bears witness to the fact that majority of Kashmiris have never accepted Indian occupation nor have accepted India as their country.
In a statement issued to KNS, JKDFP said that Mohan Bhagwat has openly threatened Kashmiri people by advocating usage of “strength”. The statement said that India is using the same “strength” against Kashmiri people since seven decades especially last thirty years however it has desperately failed to kill the freedom aspirations of Kashmiris. The ideologues of the present government at New Delhi and Jammu and Kashmir like Bhagwat must know that Kashmiri people don’t give heed to their utterance which are provocative and hateful in nature.
RSS is the ideological patron of Hindu rightwing organisations, including BJP, which is in power in New Delhi and shares power with PDP in Jammu and Kashmir.
Pertinently, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat has called for “using strength” against the people of Jammu and Kashmir and said “Kashmir is an integral part of India”
Rejecting Baghwat’s statement as trash, JKDFP said that RSS chief must go through history and learn some lessons from it. Rejecting Bhagwat’s remarks of “Akhand Bharat” JKDFP statement said that mental disability of such person is evident who considers Kabul, Sri Lanka and Tibet as parts of “Akhand Bharat”. The statement stressed upon world community to look into the Indian expansionist mindset and take measures to save the people living in the region.
Meanwhile, a JKDFP spokesperson has expressed satisfaction over the release of photojournalist, Kamran Yousuf from Tihar Jail Delhi. The party has said that Kamran and his family members spent stressful six months after he was arrested on fabricated charges by NIA. The spokesperson said that truth prevails at the end and time is not far when all the Kashmiri prisoners including JKDFP incarcerated chief Shabir Shah will come out of jails honourably. The party congratulated Kamran Yousuf and prayed for his better future. The party also condemned the Indian probe agency, NIA for intimidating the sons of Syed Salahudin. Such tactics are cheap attempts to silence the political opponents. (KNS)
