Srinagar, Nov 19 (KNS): Expressing serious concern over the non-availability of electricity in Shabad Bala (Veerinag) for last five days, J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G.A. Mir has lashed out Govt for failing to ensure electricity to people and described it as an utter failure on the part of ruling dispensation.
In a statement issued to KNS, Mir said that people of Shabad Bala are reeling under darkness for last five days, the irony is that PDD seems not concerned about the plight of people facing hardships in absence of Electricity.
Seeking immediate redressal of their grievances, the inhabitants of the area have sought intervention of the Congress President to get the matter resolved.
Lashing out at the Govt for failing to ensure basic facilities to people, Mir urged that electricity must be restored in Shahbad Bala, besides Govt must take effective measure to ensure basic facilities to people in Kashmir valley keeping inview the Winter,which is going to be more harsh. (KNS)
