Srinagar, Mar 15 (KNS): Four militants were killed in an encounter between government forces and Militants in Dialgam area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Sunday.

Reports reaching to Kashmir News Service (KNS) said that joint team of security forces including Army, CRPF and SOG of J&K Police on Sunday morning launched Cordon And Search Operation (CASO) in the area following the inputs of presence of the militants in the area.

DIG south kashmir Atul Goel while confirming to KNS said four militants have been killed in the gunfight. He said the identification of slain militants is yet to be ascertained.

DIG further added incriminating material including arms and ammunition were recovered from the encounter site. (KNS
