Four dead, seven injured in Doda mishap

Injured shifted to hospital for treatment


Srinagar, Sep 22 (KNS): Four persons including three lady passengers died while seven others sustained injuries after a vehicle they were travelling in rolled down into a deep gorge in Doda district of Jammu region.
The officials said that a passenger vehicle met with an accident at Kalajugasar on Gangal-Bhalessa road in Doda district.
They said that three lady passengers including died in the mishap while seven other have received injuries in the mishap, saying that the injured were referred to district hospital Doda for specialized treatment.
The deceased were identified as Usha Devi (30) wife of Sukh Dev of Saroo Khal Jugassar, Mubarak Hussain (16) son of Shah Din of Alni village, Sapna Devi (22) wife of Chaman Lal of Sairu Khal Jugassar and Povitra Devi (30) daughter of Amar Chand of Jugassar.
The accident occurred days after 17 people were killed and 16 injured in road mishap in Kishtwar district. (KNS)
