Srinagar, Oct 21 (KNS): Five civilian are reported killed in clashes with government forces in Laroo village of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district. Witnesses said three injured were shifted nearby hospital where the doctors declared them brought dead. Two more injured succumbed in the hospital later in the day.
Talking to Kashmir News Service (KNS), SSP Kulgam Harmeet Singh said “three militants were killed during the gunfight and three civilians were killed in an explosion near the gunfight site. No civilian death has been civilians caused by the firing of bullets or pellets near the gunfight site.”
SSP said that we still appeal people not to go near the gunfight site till the ammunition material is cleared at the gunfight site. (KNS)
