Exhorts for strict adherence of directions in letter and sprit

Baramulla, Nov 18 (KNS): Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Baseer Ahmad Khan today chaired a meeting of officers here to review the implementation of Chief Minister’s commitments made during the public darbar as part of her “Public Outreach Programme” organized in the last month.
District Development commissioner Dr. Nasir Ahmad Naqash, SSP Mir Imtiyaz Hussain, ADDC, Additional Deputy Commissioners of Baramulla and Sopore, JDP, Engineers of line departments, SDMs, various district and sectoral officers were present on the occasion.
On the occasion, threadbare discussion was held with respect to the demands extended in various sectors including PHE, PDD, health, education, R&B etc made by the various deputations of the district during the said darbar.
While emphasizing upon the officers to work with extra zeal and enthusiasm, Div com directs the concerned for early initiation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and other necessary formalities so that all the undertaken works are completed within stipulated time frame. He reiterates the commitment of timely disposing the public grievances, Div com said that necessary measures are being taken so as to comply with the directions of Chief Minister.
Stressing upon ensuring the availability of essentials especially in the forthcoming winter season, the Divisional commissioner directs all the district officers not to leave the headquarter without the prior permission of the Deputy Commissioner adding that the move will help to address the public grievances.
Meanwhile the Divisional Commissioner was appraised with various issues, hampering the way of development wherein he assured that all the issues will be taken up with the concerned authorities so as to foster the mission of progress and development.
