Srinagar, Mar 17 (KNS): On the directions of Director School Education Kashmir Dr. G.N. Itoo a team of senior officers headed by Joint Director made a surprise visit to many schools of District Budgam and took stock of the teaching learning process in the schools.
During the inspection the team visited Middle School Wagoora, High School Chattergam, Middle School S K Bagh, Boys Middle School Kralapora, HSS Khanda, HSS B K pora and High School Humhama.
In High School Humhama due to late arrival and negligence in duty 11 teachers were proposed to be suspended and the team submitted a report to DSEK, in the context of which Director School Education issued instructions for immediate suspension of these teachers.
Director School Education Kashmir, Dr. G.N. Itoo in a statement said that when on one side the Department is organizing many activities, on the other side the monitoring of the teaching learning process shall continue by the already constituted teams and all the erring officials shall be dealt with according to norms.
