Team won 2 Gold, 1 Bronze Medal in 18th All India Police Water Sports Championship

Jammu, Jan 12 (KNS): Director General of Police J&K Dilbag Singh has rewarded 18 officials of J&K Central Police Water Sports team for their performance in the 18th All India Police Water Sports Championship 2018 held at Sukhana Lake, Chandigarh in which the team bagged two gold and a bronze medal.
The officials who have been rewarded by the DGP include Constable Adil Mohi-ud-Din and Constable Imran Hussain for winning two gold and a Bronze medal with a Commendation Certificate Class 1st along with cash reward of Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 10,000 respectively. Constable Adil Mohi-ud-Din has won Gold medal in C-2, 500 mtrs and a Bronze medal in C-1, 500 mtrs category while Constable Imran Hussain has won a Gold medal in C-2, 500 mtrs.
Other 16 officials of the team rewarded with Commendation Certificate Class 1st and cash reward of Rs. 2000 each in recognition of their good performance in the championship held at Sukhana Lake Chandigarh from 22nd to 26th September 2018 are HC Parvez Ahmad, HC Zahoor Ahmad, HC Feroz Ahmad, SgCt Reyaz Ahmad, SgCt Farooq Ahmad, Ct. Showkat Ahmad, Ct. Imran Hussain, Ct. Mukhtiyar Ahmad, Ct. Asin Hussain, Ct. Imtiyaz Hussain, Ct. Munir Malik, Ct. Nasir Tinda, Ct. Showkat Hussain, Foll. Altaf Ahmad, Foll. Sajad Ahmad and SPO Javid Hussain Latto. (KNS)
