Srinagar, Jan 22 (KNS): A civilian on Monday sustained injuries after the suspected militants lobbed a grenade at an army vehicle in Pampore area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district, police said.
The officials said that the suspected militants lobbed a grenade at the army vehicle in Drangbal area, which resulted in injuries to a civilian besides damage to scores of vehicles there.
They said that the injured civilian was immediately shifted to a hospital for treatment while his condition is stable.
Deputy Inspector General (DIG) South Kashmir Range, S P Pani said that a civilian was injured in the attack while the areas has been cordoned.
