Seek intervention of Governor, CS for immediate resolution

Srinagar, Jun 25 (KNS): A year after their enrollment at Swami Devi Dyal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Panchkula Haryanam, dozens of Kashmiri students were last year asked to formally register themselves with the college and finally half of the fee was refunded to them last year. With this two precious academic years of the students were wasted forcing them to seek the intervention of a local court in Haryana.
A delegation of aggrieved students while narrating their woeful tale at KNS office sought the intervention of Governor N N Vohra and Chief Secretary BVR Subrahmanyam for immediate redressal of their grievances.
When contacted Mrs Zeenat Head of Admissions told KNS the matter is sub judicious and I can’t comment till the final decision by the court. (KNS)
