Srinagar, Nov 25 (KNS): Jammu Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party has expressed deep shock and grief over the killing of six militants and a civilian at the hands of Indian forces and termed the situation in Kashmir as bloody.
The Freedom Party Spokesperson said in a statement that Kashmiris are being wiped out by the Indian forces and for that purpose our youth are being massacred in the garb of gunfights and clashes.
It is in fact a genocide going on in Kashmir which has rattled the soul of every freedom loving Kashmiri. This is ironical that Kashmiris are being massacred for demanding the right of self determination and the whole world has turned into a mute spectator.
The Freedom Party Spokesperson paid rich tributes to young Numan of Balsoo brutally killed by government forces at Batagund, Ishfaq Ahmad of Magraypora Budgam killed at Chattergam and teenage girl Muskaan killed by government forces at Khudwani.
He also paid tributes to Shaheed Mushtaq Ahmad Mir @ Hammad son of Ghulam Hassan Mir of Cheki-Cholan Shopian, Shaheed Mohammad Abass Bhat son of Abdul Jabbar Bhat of Cheki Mantribugh Shopian, Shaheed Umar Majeed Ganaie @ Maaz son of Abdul Majeed Ganaie of Souch Kulgam, Shaheed Mohammad Waseem Wagay @ Saifullah son of Abdul Hameed Wagay of Amshipora, Shaheed Khalid Farooq Malik @Rafi of Baghander Aliyalpora Shopian and one guest brave heart. The said brave hearts were martyred in a gunfight at Batagund village of Shopian.
He also paid glowing tributes to Shaheed Azad Ahmad Malik of Arwani, Shaheed Unais Shafi of Takiya Maqbool Shah Bijbehara, Shaheed Basit Ishtiyaq of Pushwara Anantnag, Shaheed Atif Najar of Waghama Bijbehara, Shaheed Firdous Ahmad of Muchpuna Pulwama and Shaheed Shahid Bashir of Kawni Awantipora who were martyred at Sutkipora area of Bijbehara two days before.
