Congress will expose anti public policies of present PDP-BJP coalition Govt: Vikar Rasool

Banihal, Jan 28 (KNS): In order to take the detailed review of organizational set up in the area and to create feasible environment to make people friendly base of Congress party more strong in Banihal assembly segment a block level executive workers convention of Banihal block congress committee was today held at Banihal where former minister and Chief whip of Congress party and MLA Banihal Vikar Rasool Wani preside over the function.
Expressing his concern on the failure of present BJP-PDP government Vikar Rasool Wani today said that Congress will expose policies of PDP BJP government and play a constructive role projecting burning issues of the public during ongoing assembly session.
Addressing huge gathering of party workers during convention here today, Vikar Rasool Wani said people had high hopes from PDP BJP and had given opportunity to serve but now they are realizing their mistake. They have been suffering badly due to misrule of BJP-PDP combine, as both the coalition partners are adversely failed to minimize the sufferings of common.
The convention was also addressed by senior leaders Imtiyaz Ahmed Khanday, Alyas Banihali, Master Asgar Mir, Ayoub Zahid, Manzoor Malik besides large number of party workers including block president and both presidents
In his welcome speech, Imtiyaz Ahmed Khanday said that Modi Government came to the power with a wave but now people are repenting and realizes their mistake for voting them into power. Counting a long list of issue such as GST, ration quota, petrol prices, gas cylinder etc.
Vikar Rasool Wani after taking detailed review of organsational set up said that Congress will play constructive role to highlight various issues of public in and outside assembly.
Besides active delegates large number of Youth Congress leaders, Mahila congress, Ex Panches and Sarpanches spoke on the occasion during daylong session. (KNS)
