Srinagar, August 24 (KNS): J&K Anjuman Sharie Shian and its all chapters on Monday congratulated its member sister Dr. Khair-un-Nisa Aga on completion of her Doctorate at Centre for West Asian Studies – School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
According to statement issued to KNS, Anjuman Sharie Shian said, “Dr Khair-un-Nisa Aga heads Women Wing and Philanthropy Chapter and runs various welfare and educational units of the JKANJSS. In recent time under her leadership Anjuman QRT distributed food relief and social care across Kashmir. Dr Aga also runs Anjuman Blood Bank that successfully has arranged blood plasma for COVID-19 patients and blood donations for non-COVID patients”.
“Dr Aga is renowned scholar on International Politics, Islam and Islamism and teaches Political Science and writes columns and has produces various researches in the area. Dr Aga is a strong emerging voice in Kashmir advocating for Peace building, Children and Women Rights”, it said. (KNS)
