Doda, Jun 23 (KNS): Launching scathing attack on BJP President Amit Shah and Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad for making insulting remarks against Ghulam Nabi Azad the Congress Party's veteran leader and leader of opposition in the Rajya Sabha, Abdul Majid Wani General Secretary J&K Pradesh Committee, asked both leaders of BJP to submit apologies before Ghulam Nabi Azad, Congress party and before public of India.
Doubting Ghulam Nabi Azad's loyalty towards the country is like doubting credentials of all citizens of India. BJP leaders have record of exploiting sentiments of public sometimes on basis of the religion and sometimes doubting loyalty of the Congress Party leaders.
They have a very short memory and often forget that the Congress Party has a glorious past even prior to independence of the country. India could get independence because of sacrifices made by the Congress Party. Right from Mahatama Gandhi up to Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi, Congress party leaders have sacrificed their lives for sake of security and communal harmony of the country.
The BJP leaders have tendency to speak plain lies. The Prime Minister Narender Modi, in his public rally in J&K during J&K Legislative Assembly elections, had openly spoken against dynasty rule of PDP and National Conference in the state. The same BJP, after the election results were declared, did not hesitate a little to form government in J&K with the same PDP, against whom its leaders had given long statements.
Now, after enjoying all privileges for a period more than three years & playing second fiddle to the same PDP in government in J&K, the same BJP has withdrawn support from PDP. Again, same long statements are being issued by the BJP President and they have made J&K state an experimental laboratory. They have become thekedars of religion and loyalty towards the country. Senior leaders like Ghulam Nabi Azad need their certificate! Isn't this a great mockery? The son of soil who has a very high stature among the present political leaders in India as well as the whole world, who has struggled all through his life for development & progress of the country as well as the J&K state, is being linked with militant organizations. Ghulam Nabi Azad, who created new districts, a number of new administrative units in whole J&K, new district hospitals, five medical colleges, trauma hospitals, new buildings of district secretariats, thousands of new road projects, famous Mugal Road project, new Legislative Assembly building complexes, sports stadium, MGNERAGA in J&K, land and administrative reforms in J&K has been insulted by these BJP leaders.
They need to submit immediate apologies before public of India, public of J&K state, otherwise the public will not forgive them and will dump them in echolenes of history without any record or any mark. These leaders have a bad record of intimidating both Muslims as well as peace loving Hindus by raking up communal issues. They are running their political shops by only by fooling people and making false lies. (KNS)
