Urges upon India to accept reality, resolve Kashmir issue

Budgam, May 25 (KNS): Expressing serious concern over the ceasefire violations and the rising tensions between India and Pakistan, senior separatist leader and President Anjuman Shari Shian Aga Syed Hasan Almosvi Alsafvi said that the subcontinent will not witness peace till Kashmir issue is not resolved.
Addressing people on Friday congregational prayers, Aga Syed Hasan said that there is no guarantee of permanent peace between India and Pakistan till Kashmir issue is not resolved. He said for the past some years, ceasefire violations on the border has become a daily routine giving nightmares to border residents.
“Shelling and firing has resulted in killings, destruction of property and closure of educational institutions and displacement of thousands of people on both sides of border. It is tragic that the civilians on both sides of the border are losing their lives for no fault of theirs,” Aga Hasan said.
He urged upon India to accept reality and resolve Kashmir issue in the interest of whole sub-continent. (KNS)
