Srinagar, May 06 (KNS): Advisors to Governor Khurshid A Ganai, K K Sharma and K. Skandan on the first day of Eid on Wednesday visited Gulshan Hostel run by J&K Yateem Trust at Bachi Darwaza, Nowhatta where around 50 students from different part of the Valley are being provided different facilities.

While wishing them a happy and joyful Eid, the advisors distributed sweets and Eidi among the students.

On the occasion, Advisor Ganai interacted with the students and enquired about their academic progress and other facilities being provided to them.

He urged the management of the Trust to provide every possible facility to students and also arrange them quality education from best schools and tuition centres.

The advisor was informed that the students are studying at different nearby schools, and some of them have excelled in academics.

He was informed that one of the students has recently earned a seat at NIT, Srinagar and is pursuing a degree in computer sciences. (KNS)
